Supports product quality across new product introduction, manufacturing ramp-up, and mass production, ensuring Oura products meet cosmetic, functional, and reliability standards.
What you'll do
- Support NPI builds, ramp-up, mass production, and steady-state expansion; lead quality-focused build readiness reviews.
- Analyze quality and build data to identify design and process risks, yield loss, and improvement opportunities.
- Define quality specifications and controls, validate contract manufacturer processes, and align design, engineering, and factory teams.
What they ask for
- 7+ years of experience in Product Quality, Supplier Manufacturing, Manufacturing Quality Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- Experience in FATP system integration and high-volume handheld, wearable, and/or consumer-product manufacturing with high cosmetic standards.
- Experience qualifying and auditing manufacturing processes, and developing IQC/IPQC/OQC controls.
- Understanding of quality and manufacturing tools including GRR, SPC, FMEA, DFM, GD&T, and Six Sigma.
