Establishes product cost engineering as a strategic capability, building cost models and guiding design, sourcing, and manufacturing decisions across the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own product cost targets, cost models, and cost visibility across products and lifecycle stages.
- Lead design-to-cost and value-engineering efforts with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Build cost-engineering processes and present analyses, recommendations, and risks to senior leadership.
