Leads the design, evaluation, and implementation of voice AI experiences across Oura products, establishing reusable voice design and quality practices.
What you'll do
- Define voice direction, identity, persona, and design guidance; prototype and refine voice experiences.
- Evaluate voice models and providers, set quality criteria, and translate design needs into implementation requirements.
- Coordinate responsible AI, vendor, voice talent, localization, and cross-functional workflows.
