About the job
Build Output Biosciences’ team by recruiting and closing technical, research, and biotech talent across AI, biology, and drug discovery.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offers, and negotiation.
- Build candidate pipelines and represent Output at AI conferences and biotech events.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, improve recruiting processes, and maintain the ATS.
