What you'll do
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and people decisions; lead organizational change and team effectiveness efforts.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations, and coach managers on leadership and performance.
- Manage and develop two Senior People Business Partners while collaborating on HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
