About the job
Leads hands-on product design for major areas of Outsmart’s student experience, from strategy and prototyping through launch, while mentoring designers and shaping design practices.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, partnering with Product and Engineering from exploration through launch and iteration.
- Mentor and manage designers, lead critiques, and help establish design processes and team culture.
- Use research, data, experimentation, and prototyping to guide decisions and evolve the design system and product language.

- Previous experience managing and developing product designers.
