Build and maintain the AI systems powering Outsmart’s applications, covering generative and discriminative use cases and helping shape its AI-first engineering practices.

- Own end-to-end deployment and maintenance of AI systems, and co-own the AI-first SDLC.
- Define AI application benchmarks and prompting standards; contribute to MCP/ML tooling.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on the AI roadmap.
