Own full-cycle recruiting for Outtake’s GTM and G&A roles, from sourcing and candidate management through offers and recruiting-process development.
What you'll do
- Manage searches end to end, partnering with stakeholders on role scope, interviews, offers, and closing.
- Proactively source and nurture talent pipelines, while maintaining recruiting data and reporting funnel metrics.
- Build recruiting processes, interview playbooks, and employer brand as the company scales.
