What you'll do

  • Design, prototype, and deploy machine-learning algorithms for perception, state estimation, and behavior planning.
  • Identify, implement, and respond to metrics that affect vehicle behavior.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to improve system reliability and performance, while balancing short-term deliverables and long-term technical direction.

What they ask for

  • Expertise in a relevant machine-learning topic, such as sequential prediction, structured prediction, inverse reinforcement learning, transformers, or deep-learning optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
  • Extensive experience in Python and a deep-learning framework such as Pytorch, JAX, or Tensorflow.
  • Ability to take ownership and collaborate across disciplines in a small-team environment.

Nice to have
