Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own assigned metrics, diagnose performance, experiment, and report weekly.
• Conduct at least five customer conversations or Care-ticket deep dives per week and synthesize findings for the team.
• Run experiments end to end and use AI for product work, verifying outputs before relying on them.

What they ask for

• 1–3 years of experience in a product, operations, analytics, or startup role; founders and ex-operations people are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in direct customer engagement.
• Evidence of an AI-native working style, including an AI-assisted work sample and an explanation of how it was verified.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Eagerness to learn from senior team members and contribute from day one.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and disciplines.

AI focus

Use AI daily for specs, data pulls, analysis, surveys, and dashboards; verify outputs and be able to defend the work. Customer-facing material must go through brand and polish steps.
