About the job
Build and own Ownwell’s revenue recovery function, improving collections systems, customer outreach, dispute handling, compliance, and recovery measurement.
What you'll do
- Set up accounts-receivable aging visibility, automated outreach workflows, vendor relationships, and documented dispute-resolution processes.
- Engage customers, investigate payment issues, and feed customer insights back to product and customer experience teams.
- Use AI and other tools to automate recovery work; establish metrics, compliance practices, and escalation thresholds through write-off.

- Experience building a process, system, or function from scratch in collections, operations, RevOps, customer success, or an adjacent area.
- Active, practical use of AI tools in work.
- Strong communication skills, including empathetic and clear customer conversations.
