About the job
Provides onsite and remote customer support for Oxide datacenter systems, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Install, replace, and upgrade hardware on customer production racks; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Triage customer communications and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within SLA commitments.
- Document solutions, share field feedback, and participate in on-call support rotations.

- Solid understanding of server architecture, including compute, storage, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience working safely on production racks and using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
