About the job
Develop host operating-system software and virtualization systems for Oxide computers, spanning kernel virtualization, a Rust-based virtual machine monitor, and hardware interfaces.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and bring up host system software, in-kernel virtualization, and the user-space VMM.
- Write and review open-source code, investigate hardware and microprocessors, and contribute to system security and resiliency.
- Develop end-to-end features with a customer-centric approach and contribute to hardware and software design across the stack.
