Works with customers, prospects, and partners to understand deployment needs and design solutions for integrating Oxide with customer IT systems and teams.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and determine their needs.
- Develop deployment plans covering data center preparation, network integration, operations tooling, and developer onboarding.
- Guide customer success from early planning through operational deployment and IT integration.
Nice to have
- Experience in pre-sales for on-premises and/or public cloud deployments.
- Curiosity about customer applications and a willingness to prototype deployment and migration approaches.
Pay
$275,000 USD with no commission component regardless of location; base salary + commission
