Build the systems and processes behind Pace’s growth, working across finance, hiring, internal operations, and special projects.
What you'll do
- Support budgeting and forecasting, track spending and runway, manage invoicing and vendor payments, and coordinate with accounting partners.
- Research opportunities, develop business cases, and lead cross-team initiatives; support company planning and prepare leadership and investor materials.
- Improve hiring and internal operations, and automate repetitive work into reliable tools and processes.
