About the job
Build and shape Pace’s security function, securing its product, infrastructure, enterprise operations, and AI agent systems while helping the company grow safely.
What you'll do
- Partner with engineers on product security, including architecture, threat modeling, access controls, data isolation, and secure development.
- Secure AI agents that handle sensitive data, use tools, and take actions for customers.
- Develop security operations and programs, including vulnerability prevention, incident response, risk management, GRC, and customer security reviews.
