Pace’s first Product Designer will shape the platform’s design and product direction, turning complex insurance workflows into clear experiences for users working with AI agents and human review.
What you'll do
- Lead design from customer discovery through delivery, collaborating with engineers and using feedback to improve shipped products.
- Identify user needs and help determine product priorities and solutions.
- Create reusable design patterns and design AI workflows that clarify agent actions, human review, results, exceptions, and user control.
