About the job
Own and improve shop-floor manufacturing processes for pulser module assembly, supporting reliable builds and production scale-up.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage assembly processes, work instructions, tooling, documentation, and schedules.
- Work with technicians and design engineering to resolve production issues, improve manufacturability, and support first article builds.
- Lead non-conformance investigations and corrective actions, track production metrics, and support production scale-up.
