About the job
Leads manufacturing process development and new product introduction to move pulser components from prototype builds into production-ready systems.
What you'll do
- Own pulser module assembly processes, work instructions, documentation, and acceptance; support technicians and production handoffs.
- Coordinate component transition to production, partnering with design engineering on DFM, first-article builds, tooling, and scale-up.
- Manage schedules and production metrics; resolve non-conformances through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
