Drives client adoption of PactFi’s private credit workflows through onboarding, training, ongoing support, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Deliver client trainings and resources for onboarding, product launches, and adoption.
- Resolve client support issues and coordinate complex technical escalations with Product and Engineering.
- Translate client feedback and usage patterns into product insights, while using AI and automation to improve workflows.
