Deploy customer-facing software by understanding operational problems, connecting relevant data, designing workflows, and helping customers use products to improve decisions and operations.
What you'll do
- Engage with customers to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points; identify datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers on data pipelines.
- Build customer workflows and demos, train users, and present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Bring field insights to Software Engineering and Product Design teams and scope potential engagements.
