Deploy software to address customer operational problems by understanding workflows and data, shaping product needs, and helping users apply solutions in real-world settings.
What you'll do
- Engage with customer analysts onsite to identify critical questions, pain points, and relevant datasets; coordinate data integration with Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Build bespoke workflows and demos, lead user training, and present outcomes and proposed future work to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Bring field insights to Software Engineering and Product Design teams and scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.
