What you'll do
- Engage with customer analysts to identify critical questions, pain points, and relevant datasets; collaborate on data pipelines and bespoke workflows.
- Train users, demonstrate products, and present results and future-work proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
- Bring field insights to Engineering and Product Design teams to inform product offerings and help scope new engagements.
