Supports commercial customers’ development teams on Palantir’s platforms, resolves workflow and product issues, and builds tools to scale customer enablement.

- Triage internal and external support requests, guide customer engineers, and unblock their workflows.
- Build with Foundry and AIP to improve enablement operations and solve customer problems.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Business teams, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents.
