Own and coordinate customer deployments of AI agent workflows, from discovery and workflow design through launch and ongoing success.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, translate business processes into executable AI agent workflows, and coordinate technical validation and configuration with Agent Delivery Engineers.
- Manage deployment plans, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, customer milestones, and escalations.
- Improve onboarding and deployment processes to make implementations more repeatable and scalable.
