Owns customer deployments of Pallet’s AI agent platform, from workflow discovery and design through technical execution, go-live, and long-term customer success.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, workflow design, deployment plans, stakeholder communication, and go-live.
- Configure, test, and release agent configurations, partnering with Agent Delivery Engineers on technical execution.
- Manage escalations and scope changes, and improve onboarding and deployment processes.
