What you'll do
- Lead customer deployments from problem definition through production launch, building and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Integrate with customer systems, APIs, and data; debug production failures and improve agent quality and reliability.
- Turn customer learnings into reusable agents, integrations, evaluations, and frameworks, and share product gaps with Product and Engineering.
