Own end-to-end technical recruiting and help build Pallet’s engineering organization, partnering with leadership to hire across product, platform, FDE, and AI/ML teams.
What you'll do
- Lead searches from role scoping and sourcing through interviews, candidate experience, and closing.
- Hire senior engineering talent while maintaining hiring standards and adapting recruiting strategy using pipeline data and candidate feedback.
- Partner with engineering leadership, sourcers, and other stakeholders to improve recruiting systems and referrals.
