Serves as the Cortex technical expert, designing and presenting security operations solutions and leading customer technical validations and Proof of Value projects.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with account teams to develop customer solutions, present to stakeholders, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
- Lead customer demonstrations and Proof of Value projects; architect solutions and document high-level designs and use cases.
- Share customer feedback with Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D.
