Serves as the technical expert for Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex portfolio, designing and demonstrating customer security operations solutions and guiding technical validation and implementation.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with account teams to architect solutions, present to customers, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
- Lead customer demonstrations and Proof of Value projects to validate solutions and secure technical wins.
- Document designs and use cases, support implementation and value realization, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
