Serves as the Cortex technical expert, designing and presenting security operations solutions and guiding customer evaluations and implementation.
What you'll do
- Develop and present customer solutions, demonstrations, and technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
- Scope and lead Proof of Value projects, architect solutions, and document designs and use cases.
- Share customer feedback and competitive insights with internal teams, and advise customers on security trends and Cortex services.
