About the job
Leads and develops a district Solutions Consulting team, guiding technical customer engagements and sales strategies to deliver cybersecurity solutions and customer value.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train, mentor, and review team members; create and monitor development plans.
- Coach technical validations and support complex customer evaluations, escalations, implementation, and adoption.
- Partner with sales and other teams to set regional technical strategy, build customer relationships, and provide product feedback.

- Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
- Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
