Leads the quality engineering organization, setting strategy and managing test automation, release readiness, and system and integration testing to improve product quality and release confidence.
What you'll do
- Define quality strategy, standards, and risk-based test approaches across products and platforms.
- Oversee release quality activities, including test readiness, defect triage, quality gates, and production validation.
- Lead and develop QE teams while advancing scalable test automation, tooling, and cross-functional quality practices.
