Processes and tracks high-volume customer orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination across sales, fulfillment, and logistics teams.
What you'll do
- Review purchase orders against approved quotes, contract terms, revenue recognition policies, and partner authorization requirements.
- Enter and verify sales order data in CRM and ERP systems; resolve order, pricing, and escalation issues with stakeholders.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery updates, and support compliance documentation and process-improvement initiatives.
