Leads manufacturing engineering for hardware products from development through mass production and sustaining, coordinating factory readiness, product changes, quality, and contract manufacturing partners.
What you'll do
- Lead DFx reviews and factory/production readiness for new product programs.
- Manage BOMs, ECOs, deviations, root-cause actions, and manufacturing process improvements.
- Support sustaining engineering, product failure analysis, repairs, and continuous improvement.
