Senior Legal Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Evaluate, implement, maintain, and plan the roadmap for AI and enterprise legal technology; create business requirements, SOPs, process maps, and architecture materials.
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, Finance, and Legal; lead change management, communications, training, and tool adoption.
• Develop operational KPIs and dashboards, track ROI, and support legal budgets and technology and educational subscription management.

• Demonstrated technical project management experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, managing data hygiene, and using data visualization tools.
• Strong budget, timeline, and subscription lifecycle management skills; excellent communication and ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Advanced project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Familiarity with Ironclad, SimpleLegal, Legora, Gemini, and Salesforce; legal technology project experience at a global in-house Fortune500 company is also cited.

$121,000.00 - $195,800.00/yr (USD; base salary)
