Leads revenue and quote-to-cash transformation initiatives, improving processes and systems through cross-functional execution, standardization, and change management.
What you'll do
- Evaluate QTC processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable process and system changes.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives with IT, Revenue Operations, sales, finance, and program operations, including alignment and change management.
- Communicate project status and risks, solve operational challenges, and mentor team or project members.
