Leads product strategy and execution for Prisma Access digital experience monitoring, turning telemetry into experience scores, baselines, actionable incidents, and proactive synthetic tests.
What you'll do
- Own experience scoring, ML-driven baselining, incident management, and user synthetics product capabilities.
- Define requirements and collaborate with engineering, data science, support, field teams, and product marketing to launch and drive adoption.
- Use AI-assisted tools to prototype, synthesize requirements, and accelerate product execution; engage customers to uncover needs.
