Supports the global SaaS renewals business by forecasting renewals, analyzing churn and risk, and turning data into operational insights for Go-To-Market teams.
What you'll do
- Develop renewal-rate forecasts and risk models; conduct churn analyses.
- Lead forecast calls and business reviews with global renewal managers, and collaborate on total forecasts.
- Improve renewals modeling, Salesforce territory and opportunity management, and daily performance metrics.
