What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and meet enhanced response-time SLAs.
- Reproduce issues in a lab and partner with Development, QA, and Product Management on defects and serviceability.
- Create technical documentation, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical issues to customer stakeholders.
