Manages demand and portfolio planning, S&OP and S&OE processes, and teams to align demand and supply plans, optimize inventory and service, and support business objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead demand and portfolio management, including NPI and EOL, and develop consensus demand, supply, and S&OP plans.
- Improve forecasting and planning processes, systems, and models, including AI-driven forecasting and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate across business functions and with contract manufacturers to manage plan variances, inventory, risks, KPIs, and quarter-end planning.
