Technical Services Delivery Manager, Cortex Cloud

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment, upgrade, and security engagements; manage customer relationships, escalations, project timelines, and delivery quality.
• Support business growth by scoping engagements, estimating LOEs, creating SOWs, and developing service offerings and training.

What they ask for

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ technical resources and 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience executing Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements across CSPM, CWPP, Application Security, and/or Cortex Cloud Automation.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, incident response, Critical Security Controls, security engineering, SOAR, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD workflows; familiarity with Cortex, Salesforce (SFDC), Clarizen, and G-Suite.

Nice to have

• CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM certification.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, MBA, or a related technical field.

Pay

$151,200.00 - $207,900.00/yr USD base salary
