Catering Lead

What you'll do

• Manage and produce catering orders, respond to guest inquiries, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards and support managers and team members as needed.

What they ask for

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic food safety training; Food Handler’s Card where required by law.
• Own a vehicle for deliveries and have an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends; able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand and walk for up to 3 hours.

Nice to have

• Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$17-$20.25 USD base salary
