What you'll do
- Set market strategy and oversee execution of standards for service, operations, food quality and safety, profitability, and growth.
- Coach and develop cafe management teams; build talent pipelines and hold leaders accountable for results.
- Ensure cafes follow operational policies and employment, food, and workplace safety requirements while maintaining an inclusive work environment.
