- Set market strategy and ensure cafes execute standards for service, food quality and safety, profitability, and people development.
- Coach and develop cafe management teams, build a talent pipeline, and hold leaders accountable for business results.
- Protect the brand by ensuring compliance with operational standards, employment laws, and inclusive workplace practices.
