What you'll do
- Set market strategy and oversee execution of operational, food-safety, service, profitability, and growth standards across cafes.
- Coach and develop cafe management teams; build a talent pipeline and hold leaders accountable for results.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and employment, food, and workplace safety requirements; promote an inclusive work environment.
