Leads Panera’s New Jersey market operations, developing cafe leaders and executing brand standards to improve guest and associate experiences, sales, profitability, and growth.
What you'll do
- Set market strategy and ensure cafes execute standards for service, operations, food quality and safety, profitability, and growth.
- Coach and develop cafe management teams, build the market’s talent pipeline, and hold leaders accountable for results.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and employment, food, and workplace safety laws while fostering an inclusive work environment.
