Develops and manages internal HR compliance audits and corrective actions to help ensure employment practices comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
What you'll do
- Develop and oversee audit plans, analyze policies and practices for compliance risks, and report audit results to leaders.
- Recommend and help implement corrective changes; maintain compliance documentation and improve processes.
- Track reported violations and monitor regulatory developments affecting employment, benefits, vendor contracts, and required communications.
