Leads and validates regional training programs and certified training environments to strengthen learning execution and café operations in New Jersey.
What you'll do
- Maintain and assess certified training environments, coaching and supporting trainers through onboarding and development.
- Visit training environments to assess quality and brand-standard adherence, diagnose operational gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Monitor regional training execution, share insights with leaders, and validate that training for key initiatives is delivered as designed.
