Leads and validates regional field training programs and certified training environments, coaching teams to improve learning execution and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Maintain and assess the quality of certified training environments and training roles, coaching and onboarding training managers and partners.
- Visit training environments, identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and approve or recertify proposed environments.
- Monitor regional training and key initiatives, sharing execution insights and recommendations with leaders.
